Congratulations to Chiefs GM Scott Pioli today for finally figuring out what his team needed. They've added Chargers cast off Chris Chambers today, and I think we can pretty much pencil them in to run the table for the rest of the year. Forget about the fact that their defense is awful and their quarterback might be even worse, they just added a 31 year old receiver who has a grand total of 9 catches for 122 yards through seven games to a team they claim is rebuilding with youth. Problem: solved. Puzzle: put together: Super Bowl: won.
And hey Scott, thanks for saving us $2.25 million. We appreciate it.
